Program Advertising

The program booklet has now gone to print. If you submit an advertisement at this stage, it will be included with the program booklet as insert. The program booklet (with inserts) will be made available to the hundreds of attendees who will be at the convention.

8-1/2" x 11" booklet, collated, stapled.

Artwork

Advertisements must be camera ready on semi-glossy paper if supplied in hard copy art, which should be prepared at a resolution of 600 x 600. If sent by email to info@al-awda.org, accepted file formats include pdf, jpeg or tiff.

The deadline for receipt of all camera-ready advertisement art for inclusion in the printed booklet was June 30, 2006. The deadline for insert advertising is July 11, 2006.
