Journalist Israel Shamir Author Norman Finkelstein on The Struggle for Equality Between Jews and Arabs: Prospects For A just Peace In The Middle East Edward Said is Professor of Comparative literature at Columbia University. His books include "Orientalism", "A Question Of Palestine" and "The End Of The Peace Process". He is a leading voice in the struggle for justice in the Middle East. Israel Shamir is an Israeli author and journalist. His books include The Pine And The Olive". He was a Vietnam war reporter for Israel Radio and the Moscow correspondent for Ha'aretz. He supports equal rights between Arabs and Jews in one secular, democratic state. Norman Finkelstein is the author of "Image And Reality Of The Israel/Palestine Conflict" and The Rise And Fall Of Palestine". When: Thursday April 12th @ 7:30 PM. Where: Columbia University
